Wai-Max with Fudgie's Fave toys
It's me, Wai-Max. Hi to all our furry friends. Sorry if I seem a bit gloomy. I just realized that when I was looking at the Piappies photos, there was something I noticed... I do NOT know how to do the Froggie pose! Waaaaaaah Yes, it's true, I don't know how. Why oh why?!!!
You know how our hoo-Moms love to take shot with their flashy box and most of the time, we are their fave targets!
I know I'm still a pup and I have many more to learn but... but Wai-Pai is also a pup in fact we were born on the same day yet she can do the froggie pose! She can even cross her paws!

I went to Dad Fudgie to ask him why and to beg him to teach me but I was shocked with what he revealed...
Fudgie: "Wai-Max, I don't have the answer because I ALSO do NOT know how to do the Froggie Pose!" Waaaaaah

A very Important PS: 4 October is the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals. Though we were not able to go to the Pet Blessing yesterday, we hold St Francis close to our hearts for our hooman Grandpa was named after him. We wish him Happy Barkday today and we thank him for constantly watching over all of us from heaven together with Koko and all our furry friends over at the rainbow bridge.
We also say a prayer to St Francis for all our furry friends that he always protect us from harm.

Oh dear Wai-Max, it doesn't matter that you can't do froggie pose. I love the way you sit though. Your sitting pose is so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWai-Max,no problem. We don't do the froggie post either but it doesn't stop us from having fun. Maybe one day you will do it but for now, just keep running and enjoying life.

But I'm afraid I can't help you either - I certainly cannot do the froggie pose myself and have only met a few doggies who can...maybe it is a special talent that you're born with? Don't worry, Wai-Max - you're still very cute and talented in other ways! :-)

My dad's beagles both LOVE to do the froggie pose! My big chi does it sometimes too but not my little one. Sometimes my big one will do it and crawl across the floor that way to get at a toy on the other side of the room. It cracks me up every single time!
ReplyDeleteMost of my golden retriever friends can do the frogger. I for sure cant! It doesnt matter though, you can do many other things! ;-))

Woooos Pups! Do not worry , I do not do the froggie either, although Scampi does it all of the time, some dogs do, some don't, kind of like drooling.....

I used to do that froggie pose when I was a puppy... but not nowadays!

ReplyDeleteMaybe the reason that you can't do the froggie pose is that you're soooo muscular and athletic, your muscles get in the way? That sounds like a good explanation :)
We also missed the blessing of the animals, but always keep St. Francis of Assisi in our prayers often. That's one of the things that I tell the people who claim animals have no soul - if they had no soul, why would they designate a patron saint to them??
